Current Offers
Asking about specials is normal — every reputable company expects the question. So ask. Call and we will tell you what is currently available, what it includes, and what it does not.
Current specials: No discount amounts, percentages, dollar-off figures, expiry dates, or coupon codes are stated on this page, because they must come from the owner.
Offers vary over time. The kinds homeowners most often ask about include:
Whether any of these is currently available, and on what terms, is a question for the phone call — this page will not invent an offer that does not exist.
Consumer reporting has documented the pattern: a “regular price” inflated just before a sale, or a discount that is always available under a new expiration date. A real offer does the opposite — it names the service, names what is included, names the limits (for example, one use per home, cannot combine with other offers, not valid on trip or diagnostic fees, must be mentioned at booking), and lets you verify it. If an offer cannot survive those questions, it is not an offer worth taking.
If your budget is tight, say so. We will tell you whether a temporary or partial repair can keep things functional until the full fix is affordable — and we will put that in writing. And if a quote from anywhere feels high, especially on sewer or repiping work, getting a second opinion is smart. We encourage comparing scopes apples-to-apples.

Yes — mention the offer when you call so it is applied to your visit. Offers are tied to the service named in the offer and the terms stated for it.
Generally, offers cannot be combined unless the terms for that specific offer say otherwise. Ask when you call and we will tell you plainly.
Some offers apply to the repair or service itself, not to the trip or diagnostic visit. The terms for each offer state what is and is not included, so there is no surprise on the invoice.
A real offer names the service, names what is included, names the limits, and does not rely on a never-ending “limited time” claim. Be wary of a “regular price” that was raised just before a sale, or a discount that is always available under a new expiration date.
Then we tell you that before starting. You get a written scope for the additional work and decide whether to proceed. A special never obligates you to a larger job.
